FoodShare Arkansas clients come from all walks of life. Some are from families who have lost their income because of loss of jobs. Some have disabilities that keep them from working. A large number of clients are elderly residents on fixed incomes.

Clients must be a resident of Nevada County.

Clients must meet the following income requirements:

Clients must apply in person and bring with them, on the day they apply, the following documentation:
1. Photo ID
2. Current utility bill showing applicant’s name and address

CIVIL RIGHTS/NONDISCRIMINATION

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
